150 air mile exemption clarified:

• If we are changing our reporting terminal for the day (meaning if we are changing hotels or going from home – or a separate pick-up address – to a hotel) then we need to complete a log book entry for that day.
• If we have a trip where we are under 150 miles, but report back to the same reporting terminal on the same day (a long campaign routing day, for example), we do not need to log.
