Driver Dress Code
Driver Dress Code Effective Jan 1, 2015, do it outdoors media is implementing a dress code for all Drivers. Drivers are expected to wear the following when assigned to a campaign, unless directed otherwise:
- Pants – black dress jeans, black Dickies / Dockers style or black cargo shorts. Blue jeans may continue to be worn but the company prefers black. The jeans and shorts must be belted with a tucked in shirt. No baggy jeans; must be plain 5-pocket jeans.
- Shirts – light gray, black or red polo shirt or button-down shirt, short or long-sleeved.
- Hat – optional; if worn, must be plain black or a do it outdoors media hat.
- Outerwear – use discretion with outerwear. No large logo brands, no team-oriented items.
- Footwear – a solid plain shoe (preferably black or brown); no open-toes or open-heels.
Basically we need Drivers to be neat, clean and pressed (think UPS-style). Drivers are representing our company and our clients and therefore need to be presentable at all times.
When traveling market-to-market, Drivers may wear blue jeans and plain (no pocket or graphics) black, gray or red t-shirts. If preferred, Drivers may dress the same whether on a campaign or traveling.
Drivers are expected to be 100% in compliance by Jun 30, 2015.
