When drivers are on the job, they represent both do it outdoors media and our clients.
Professional appearance is required at all times.
Standard Dress Code (Unless Otherwise Directed)
Pants/Shorts:
- Black, gray, or dark blue dress jeans, pants, or shorts (UPS-style)
- Must be clean, fitted (no baggy styles), and plain 5-pocket if denim
- Jeans & shorts - must be worn with a tucked-in shirt and belt
Shirts:
- Clean, professional shirts required
- Collared shirts preferred (polo or button-down)
- Preferred colors: gray, black, red, or white
- No t-shirts or graphic prints
Hats (Optional):
- Must be plain or a do it outdoors hat
- No logos
- Cannot be worn backward or sideways
Outerwear:
- Use good judgment
- Avoid large logos, branding, or team-affiliated apparel
Footwear:
- Closed-toe shoes only
- Solid, neutral colors (preferably black or brown)
- No sandals or open-heel shoes
General Appearance Expectations
- Maintain a neat, clean, and pressed appearance at all times (think UPS-style)
- Drivers must remain professional and presentable while representing the company and clients
Travel Between Markets
- Drivers are still representing the company while traveling
- Dress appropriately at all times
- No tank tops or cut-off jeans
Company-Branded Apparel

- Drivers are expected to wear company-branded items as often as possible (if available) during campaigns and events
- Additional branded items may be available for purchase at times
