The Trainer must review each applicable item and bullet point with the Driver. Do not mark an item complete unless the requirement has been reviewed and the Driver demonstrates the necessary understanding or skill.

Provide coaching or additional instruction as needed and document any areas requiring follow-up or monitoring. Upon completion, review the checklist in its entirety and complete the Trainer Acknowledgment below.

4. Pre/Post Trip Inspection

Driver knows how to properly complete a pre-trip and post-trip inspection.

5. UCR

Driver knows how to properly complete a UCR and submitted one without prompting.

6. Work Attire

Driver is wearing proper work attire and understands the company dress code.

7. Fuel Separator

Driver knows where the fuel separator is located and how to properly drain it.

8. In-Cabin Air Filter

Driver knows where the in-cabin air filter is located and how to inspect and clean it.

9. Clips and Vinyls

Driver stated how many clips are supposed to be with the unit:

Driver fully understands why there needs to be 160 clips with the unit. Driver successfully installed clips and hung vinyls on their own.

10. Vinyl Troubleshooting

Reviewed troubleshooting procedures for poor-fitting vinyls, including how to retighten vinyls, check pulleys, and correct other common issues.

11. XRS System

Driver knows how to log in and properly use XRS system. Reviewed changing rule sets and properly using personal conveyance within the XRS system.

12. Roadnet System

Driver knows how to log in and properly use the Roadnet system. Reviewed troubleshooting procedures for known Roadnet system issues.

13. Paylocity

Driver knows how to log in and properly use the Paylocity app, including selecting the correct labor codes.

14. Company Speed Limits

Driver knows and understands company-mandated speed limits with and without vinyls.

15. Lead Driver

Driver knows who their Lead Driver is and has all of the Lead Driver's contact information saved in their phone.

16. Personal Protective Equipment

Driver has all required PPE and understands when and how PPE must be used.

17. Posting Photos

Driver understands what posting photos are and knows when and where they must be sent.

18. Campaign Photos

Driver knows when and where campaign photos must be sent. Reviewed proper photo-taking techniques and tips. Driver took several photos and received coaching as needed.

19. Vehicle Cleanliness

Driver understands the importance of keeping the unit clean at all times, both inside and out. Driver can explain all required unit-cleaning procedures, including proper cleaning of rims.

20. Unit Breakdown

Driver knows what to do and who to contact if unit breaks down.

21. Accident Protocol

Reviewed accident procedures and emphasized the importance of taking photos of both vehicles, including all sides of each vehicle.

22. Running a Campaign

Driver understands that Routing MUST be printed and kept with the unit at all times. Driver understands what their geo fence is and its purpose. Driver understands the importance of checking their schedule every day and understands why starting and stopping on time is critical. Driver understands importance of avoiding extended stops and knows who to contact when an extended stop is necessary. Driver understands the company's weather policy and required procedures.

23. Expense Reports

Driver knows how to complete an expense report and understands when and where to submit it, including required receipts.

24. Fuel Card

Driver knows how to properly use the fuel card and understands the importance of entering the correct mileage.

25. Prohibited Areas / Activities

Driver understands they are NOT permitted to be on a ladder, on the deck of the truck, or inside the box.

26. Paper Log Book

Driver has a paper log book available as required for backup purposes.

27. Upcoming Campaign Questionnaire

Driver was reminded to complete the Upcoming Campaign Questionnaire on the driver website.

28. Confidence Level

On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your confidence level in this Driver for their first campaign?
